The Surge is a lightweight, all-in-one oval hand-rim with a rubber Gription Strip that runs all the way around the top surface of the oval for increased friction that will improve traction on every push while the side surface stays smooth for braking.

The Surge does not add any width to your chair and can be mounted in the close-in or wide position.
