Jenni Dabelstein GIZMO REHABILITATION
Jenni is a physiotherapist who has worked within the disability sector for over 3 decades, in clinical, research, consultancy, education and business roles. Gizmo Rehabilitation was established in 2010, and Jenni works exclusively as a clinician and consultant in the area of prescribing complex assistive technology. Jenni strives to bring formal assessment together with theory and practical knowledge in order to generate positive outcomes for her client. As well as running her busy private consultancy, Jenni is a current Board member of ARATA and a National Classifier in the Paralympic sport of Boccia, and continues to present regularly at industry workshops, seminars and conferences.
BELINDA KROPP OT
With 25 years as an occupational therapist Belinda can help you achieve your independence with supports that will assist you to live in your own home and be able to connect with your community.
Belinda’s specialty is in equipment prescriptions, seating and pressure area management, vehicle modifications and other assistive technologies, and with her experience negotiating government funding mazes she helps clients maximise their potential as quickly as possible.
Jesse Perry GOLD COAST HEATH THERAPY
I was a Carpenter & Joiner for 4 years, until I decided my true calling was to help others gain their independence. I completed a Diploma in Fitness at the Gold Coast Institute of Tafe and then decided to further my studies by completing a Bachelor in Occupational Therapy. Since graduating from Southern Cross University on the Gold Coast in 2016, I have found my niche in Home modifications and Assistive Technology. I love working collaboratively with participants to enhance their quality of life through OT. I believe that every person is unique and therefore their goals are individual. My collaborative approach ensures we are working towards your NDIS goals, to increase your independence and safety, with your daily occupations.
Elliot Ramsay – Blue Water Physio
Elliot is the director and head mobile physiotherapist for Blue Water Physio and has over 10+ years of experience in aged, community and disability care. Elliot successfully graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Griffith University in 2009 and a Doctorate of Physiotherapy at Bond University in 2011.
Elliot is passionate about helping others reach their goals and full physical potential and helps to empower participants by creating individual treatments and programs specifically for their needs. Additionally, Elliot is a newly established assistive technology equipment prescriber who ensures a streamlined process with diligent report writing and maintaining ongoing communication and feedback with clients, family and supporting staff.
Working with Elliot, he will do everything he can to help maximise your wellbeing and independence.
